Mark is very relational in ministry, and people find him easy to approach. God has given him the gift of encouragement. He occasionally travels with his two preacher brothers (Stan and Terry Toler) singing and preaching. His keen sense of humor makes him a frequent entertainer at retreats, seminars, banquets...anywhere there are people and food!

Mark is actively involved in his community. He serves as Treasurer for the Hope Center, which helps those who have need of clothing, food, and medical care. He also serves a chaplain to the Edmond Police department, and past president of The Edmond Ministerial Alliance. Mark is a trustee for Southern Nazarene University and advisory board member for the Northwest Oklahoma District in the Church of the Nazarene.

Mark’s wife Mary has been a vital part of his 29 year pastoral ministry. She is actively involved in the music program and women’s ministries at Edmond First. Mary is a Lending Assistant at the First Commercial Bank of Edmond. They have 2 grown daughters, Sarah and Mariah.
